Terms and Conditions: Please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Most orders of insect screen and fly screen material are despatched within 3 to 5 days of payment. Product specifications can change without notice. Faulty products will be exchanged or refunded. Refunds are only given if the product is returned in full with original packaging and undamaged within 7 days. Please contact us before returning goods as they will not be processed without an order number. Administration and postage charges will be deducted if there is no fault with the product. We cannot be liable for any damage or wear tear caused by faulty installation or unreasonable and careless force which damages the item.

If you want guaranteed next working day (Tues-Fri) delivery on all items please click the drop down menu and pay £6. You must however, place your order before 12 noon the day before you want the item. No Saturday Delivery unless you contact us first.
