Standard delivery is free to all UK mainland addresses. No minimum order, no conditions.

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, so you should receive your order within 2–6 working days of placing it.

Scottish Highlands & Islands

A delivery surcharge applies to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, and some remote postcode areas. The exact charge varies by postcode - please email us before ordering and we will confirm: info@flyscreenqueen.co.uk.

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight & Isle of Man

Delivery to these areas costs more than UK mainland due to carrier restrictions, ferry and customs requirements. Charges vary by product and postcode.

Refunds for Non-Mainland Orders Placed Without a Quote

If you place an order to a non-mainland address at the listed UK mainland price, we will contact you with the actual delivery cost for your area. You can either pay the difference, or we will refund the order.

Refunds incur a small handling fee to cover our admin, payment processing and stock-return costs. This is why we strongly recommend emailing us for a quote first - a one-line email saves both of us time and money.

We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK and Ireland.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–3 working days. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day or the following day.

During busy periods (spring and summer) dispatch may take slightly longer. If you need your order urgently, call us on 07743 742738 and we will do our best to help.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking is provided by the carrier and may take a few hours to update after dispatch.

Large & Bulky Orders

Panel doors and other large items are sent via a pallet or specialist courier. Delivery times may be slightly longer for oversized items. We will contact you if there is any delay with your order.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot. Please contact us if you are having trouble with a delivery.
