Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Flyscreen Queen, a trading name of Action Automotive Limited (company number: 04426722, registered in England and Wales, registered address: Phassouri House, School Road, Bradenham, Norfolk, IP25 7QU).

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights.

1. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price at the time of ordering is the price you pay.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by FoxyCart. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.

3. Delivery

Standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses. Surcharges apply to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man - see our Delivery Information page for details.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will not be liable for losses caused by late delivery unless caused by our negligence.

4. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, contact us at info@flyscreenqueen.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days to return the goods. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the goods are faulty.

The right to cancel does not apply to goods that have been custom-made or cut to a specific size.

5. Returns and Refunds

See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details. In summary: standard goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage, at no charge to you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage arising from a defective product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to monitor settings or manufacturing tolerances. Sizes are given as approximate dimensions unless stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, and design - is the property of Action Automotive Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
