What Is It?
Fibreglass mesh material for making your own insect screens for windows or doors, or replacing screens in caravans and motorhomes. More rigid than usual polyester flyscreen material. Strong, easily washed down, and can be fixed to frames with staples or glue.
How Is It Supplied?
Material is cut to order in complete lengths. Orders up to 4 metres are sent loosely folded by courier. Orders of 5 metres or more are sent as rolls and take 3–5 working days.
If you need less than 5m sent rolled, there is a £5 surcharge.
Suitable For
Windows, doors, caravans, motorhomes and anywhere you need insect protection. The charcoal colour is popular as it is less visible from outside and reduces glare.

I used this to make window fly screens for two reasons: to keep out bugs, and I live in a second floor flat and have a house cat with large windows. I used Velcro to fashion the fly screens to the window frames. This mesh is perfect for the job. It's tough and resilient. My cat has pulled and attempted to climb the mesh and so far it has stood up to the punishment. No tears or holes.
I ordered a metre of this to replace a panel in a flyscreen door on a motorhome. It arrived very quickly and the creases soon come out — not a major problem. It cuts easily and does not fray. It looks stunning and now shows the rest of the door up, so I have ordered another 2 metres to do the whole door.
Bought a cheaper version last year which was a waste of money. This product is much better, more robust but giving plenty of light. Easy to cut to size and fix. We need to cover another window but waited to see what this was like — will now go ahead with another order.
